This poster gives info about St. Theresa's accepting registration for Confirmation 2012. Confirmation Registration forms must be received by the parish office no later than November 30, 2011, in order to be considered for Confirmation.

Brochure gives potential Confirmation applicants some food for thought regarding the Sacrament of Confirmation.

To register students in gr. 6 and up for Confirmation, download and print out this registration package then complete and submit the following: a) St. Theresa’s Confirmation Registration Form for 2012; b) A copy of your child’s Baptismal certificate; c) Registration fee of $50.00 These three items are to be completed and submitted all together as one package to the parish office no later than Wednesday, November 30, 2011.
